Metabolic Cleansing

Clinical Virechana

Virechana is a controlled clinical purification process that eliminates excess 'Pitta' (bile) from the body. By cleansing the liver, gallbladder, and digestive tract, it effectively purifies the blood and addresses the root cause of chronic inflammation.

Benefit Summary

  • Resolves deep-seated skin issues (Psoriasis & Eczema)
  • Detoxifies the Hepato-biliary (Liver & Gallbladder) system
  • Normalizes blood pressure and reduces systemic heat
Virechana Detoxification

Full-body synchronized massage (Abhyanga) and herbal steam to transport liquefied toxins toward the GI tract for elimination.

Dr. Patki notes: "Virechana is like an oil change for the body. By flushing the old 'sludge' from the liver and gallbladder, we allow the body's internal pharmacy to start producing clean, healing chemistry once again."

    Samsarjana Krama (Aftercare)

Post-Virechana, the digestive power is low. You MUST follow the 3 to 7-day dietary transition from rice gruels to solid foods to prevent metabolic shock and solidify results.

Home Remedies for Detox & Skin Health

    Lemon-Honey Detox

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 tsp honey, warm water

Squeeze lemon in warm water, add honey. Drink on empty stomach to flush toxins and boost liver function.

    Neem & Turmeric Paste

Ingredients: Neem leaves, 1 tsp turmeric, water

Grind neem leaves with turmeric. Apply on skin for 15 minutes. This purifies blood and clears skin conditions.

    Aloe Vera Juice

Ingredients: 2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel, water

Mix aloe gel with water and drink daily. This cools Pitta, cleanses the liver, and improves skin glow.

    Coriander Seed Water

Ingredients: 1 tbsp coriander seeds, water

Soak seeds overnight, strain and drink. This natural diuretic flushes toxins and reduces inflammation.

    Daily Tips for Detoxification

    Hydration

Drink 8-10 glasses of warm water daily. This supports kidney function and helps eliminate toxins through urine.

    Fiber-Rich Diet

Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Fiber binds to toxins and helps eliminate them through bowel movements.

    Avoid Processed Foods

Eliminate packaged foods, refined sugar, and fried items. These create Ama (toxins) and burden the liver.

    Sweat Therapy

Exercise or use steam baths to induce sweating. Skin is a major detox organ that eliminates waste through perspiration.

    Early Sleep

Sleep by 10 PM. The liver detoxifies most actively between 10 PM-2 AM, so deep sleep during this time is crucial.

    Stress Management

Practice meditation or yoga daily. Chronic stress increases cortisol, which impairs liver detoxification pathways.
